The AI CashFlow Summit (“Summit”) is hosted by FuturIQ Inc. (“FuturIQ Inc.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Summit may feature promotional giveaways, which may include but are not limited to cash prizes, gift cards, technology, services, digital products, experiences, or other items (“Prizes”).

No purchase is required to participate in giveaways unless explicitly stated. Entry is automatically granted to individuals who register for and attend the AI CashFlow Summit or who engage in official Summit activities as specified during the event.

Winner Selection


Winners will be selected at random from eligible participants who attend live Summit sessions, engage during live broadcasts, or participate in official Summit-related activities.

Certain prizes may be awarded based on engagement, participation, or activity within official Summit communities, chats, or platforms designated by FuturIQ Inc.

All decisions regarding winner selection are final.

Eligibility


Giveaways are open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Giveaways are void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Winners must comply with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

Prize Conditions


Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative items unless explicitly stated by FuturIQ Inc.

Not all prizes mentioned or referenced during the Summit are guaranteed to be awarded. FuturIQ Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, substitute, delay, or cancel any giveaway or prize at any time without prior notice.

FuturIQ Inc. makes no guarantees regarding the availability, timing, or specific nature of any prize.

Use of Information and Communications


By registering for the AI CashFlow Summit, participants consent to receive communications, marketing updates, announcements, and promotional materials from FuturIQ Inc. and its affiliated brands.

Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in emails. Transactional and event-related communications may still be sent as required for Summit participation.

Limitation of Liability


FuturIQ Inc. is not responsible for technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, platform outages, incorrect entries, delayed communications, or any other issues that may affect participation in giveaways.

By participating, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless FuturIQ Inc., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and platform providers from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.
