REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from FuturIQ Inc. (“FuturIQ Inc.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to digital products, programs, trainings, memberships, subscriptions, events (virtual or live), workshops, templates, prompts, recordings, and educational content (collectively, the “Products”).

By purchasing any Product from FuturIQ Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.

All Sales Are Final


All sales are final.
FuturIQ Inc. does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or chargeback reversals for any reason.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Inability to attend live sessions or events

  • Lack of use or participation

  • Perceived lack of results

  • Financial hardship

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Personal circumstances

  • Misunderstanding of the offer

  • Failure to read product descriptions or terms

Digital Products And Immediate Access


Because FuturIQ Inc. provides immediate access to digital content, proprietary materials, and intellectual property upon purchase, refunds are not possible once access has been granted.

You acknowledge that digital products cannot be “returned” and that access alone constitutes delivery.

Programs, Events, And Memberships


For programs, memberships, subscriptions, and events (including virtual and live events):

  • No refunds will be issued once purchased

  • No refunds will be provided for missed sessions or replays

  • No refunds will be issued if you do not complete or participate

If a payment plan is selected, you are committing to the full payment obligation. Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access, but does not cancel the remaining balance owed.

Payment Plans And Failed Payments


Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled once initiated.

If a payment fails or is declined, FuturIQ Inc. reserves the right to suspend access until payment is resolved. You remain responsible for the full balance agreed to at checkout.

Chargesbacks And Payment Disputes


By purchasing from FuturIQ Inc., you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at [email protected].

Unauthorized or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate and permanent revocation of access

  • Forfeiture of any bonuses or materials

  • Collection efforts or dispute escalation

  • Being barred from future purchases

Exceptions


No exceptions will be made to this Refund Policy unless required by applicable law.

If a refund is legally required, it will be issued at FuturIQ Inc.’s sole discretion and limited strictly to what is required by law.

  • You understand there are no refunds

  • You are purchasing educational content, not guaranteed outcomes
